Chances are, you'll need to download a form if you really want to get the most out of the Lazy B's Ranch. Interested in riding a horse or have your child experience their first ride? Please locate the form/s below, and see which one you'll need to fill out and give to us in order to get the full ranch experience. Thank you.
The "Ranch Liability & Permission Form" must be filled out by a minor's Parent/Guardian in order to participate in any of the activities hosted at the Lazy B's Ranch.
The "Adult Rider Waiver" must be filled out by any individual who is 18 years of age or older, if he or she intends on riding any of the horses at the Lazy B's Ranch.
The "Medication Form" must be filled out by a minor's Parent/Guardian if their child should need to carry and/or self-administer prescription medication or to carry with them an Epi-pen or Asthma Inhaler while at the Lazy B's Ranch.
